Subject: RE: How to modify my training plan. I think it wouldn't hurt to train for the run as if it was a 10K. Especially since it's a trail run.
You can take the run portions from an Olympic Training plan and use those. Also, for most,
the run is the harder/key part of the race. If you're ready for a 10K, an 8K will be cake and
