i know this has been asked before but how do you mark you goals as finish on your training log?

Do you mean like this?  Goal New goal.

If so, it's a button that looks like this ABC at the top left of the editor when you type in your goals.  Just erase the old goal and retype it with the strike through key (ABC), then type in your new goal normally.

Real men (and women!) hand-code raw html. Write it like this:

<s>Goal</s> New Goal.

or, if it's difficult to remember that "s" stands for "STRIKEout":

<strike>Goal</strike> New Goal.
