Triathlon Clinics for Women in Chicago area

Max Multisport Coaching is again hosting a series of clinics sanctioned by USA Triathlon.  These clinics are for the women beginner to intermediate triathlete looking to understand the various components of triathlon.  There will be two series of clinics; one in the City of Chicago and one in the suburbs of Chicago.  At one of the clinics on February 18^th, Pro Triathlete Heather Haviland will be speaking along with one of her athletes Amy Siewert, a breast cancer survivor.  Their talk will be on “how triathlon has changed their lives”.  One of the topics that Heather will touch on is on how she is starting a team of female cancer survivors to compete in triathlon and raise money for the four cancers most likely to affect women – uterine, ovarian, cervical and breast. 

In the suburbs of Chicago, Training Bible Coaching and Max Multisport Coaching are teaming up to bring this to women in those areas.  At one of the clinics on May 13^th, Joe Friel a renowned triathlete coach and author will be on hand for one of the clinics to discuss running technique.  With both clinic series, items from sponsors such as IronGirl, HoneyStinger, Aquasphere, Momentum and more will be distributed in goody bags for full registered participants.
