Subject: My Dining Discovery...good stuff!

I have discovered the world of pre-made meals. Several months ago, a friend told me about a place called SUPER SUPPERS, not to be confused with Supper Solutions. It's one of those places that you go to, premake meals to freeze, and serve when needed.

I have to admit, since discovering this, I haven't cooked a meal. I LOVE these meals. This chain has high quality, fresh prepared, healthy ingredients and recipes.  It's gourmet stuff, things I could never come up with myself and that I certainly don't have the right spices for.  And it's good...like so good my husband told me to never cook again.

At SUPER SUPPERS, I pay $109 for 12 half-meals. These half-meals feed me and my husband, two toddlers, and we still have left-overs. A half portion would have 3 chicken breasts, fish fillets, or be a huge freezer ziplock full of soup, stew, or chili.  It comes out to $3/serving for gourmet stuff.  I usually make a salad or vegetable to go with it.

For those who are busy with work, life, kids, or training, with some picking and choosing, you can create a healthy menu for you and your family in about 2 hours time.  They serve you appetizers and drinks while you're there, too!  I encourage you to check it out. And no, I don't own one, I don't know anybody who does, and am not being paid to tell you this. I just think it's a well kept secret that needs to get out.  It has relieved my stress greatly and reduced my monthly food bill by $100/month!

One note- do NOT be fooled by imitators. I visited one and their food was processed, canned crap, that was thrown into dishes that resembled things they serve in school cafeterias.

Check out their website to find a location near you!

Just another example of you being held down by the man. Isn't there a Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles down there?

That's good stuff. You need to make a field trip if this is indeed the case.
