Subject: RE: NEW Injured/Sick Log Parameter True, but when you use the graphs, to see when you were injured/sick over a time period, I thought the best representation would be to chart when you are sick. If you look at my injury graph for 2009: http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/training/training-reports.asp?action=report&memberid=3&start=1%2F1%2F2009&end=12%2F31%2F2009&duration=week&values=sick&hidevalues=0 You will see that it's probably much easier to read (red bars= injury ) than if we had feeling 100% or no injury being 5 - as then my graph above would be more confusing as it would be all red bars and the 'valleys' would indicate injury, not the peak...make sense? So when we see nothing on the graph, that is good as no injury. But yes, logging it is somewhat confusing but when it's graphed, it's a lot better represented. |
