Comments: Got too caught-up with 'keeping' up and spent too much energy in the first two miles What would you do differently?: pace myself more Post race
Warm down: walking around and drinking water What limited your ability to perform faster: going to fast up front. I lost all energy and drive at the end of the race Event comments: Great race - couldn't stick around for most of the after-race activities as my pup was acting up and my wife was stuck in the car with him :) Last updated: 2006-02-28 12:00 AM
