Subject: Advice?I have 18 weeks until the triathlon sprint i have entered into and have chosen a 12 week training plan that fits me quite well. I therefore have six weeks until it starts but want to get crackiing right away. I want to do something for 6 weeks that will allow me to learn how to use the training logs and get the hang of it. Ideally, the twelve week plan could be extended to 18 weeks, but i don't think this is possible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
