Comments:

Dressed too warm, but pace was good. I haven't run a official 5k race before and ran 13 miles the day before, so I wasn't sure what amount of energy I had to tap into.
What would you do differently?:

Not dress as warm. Maybe even wear tights... then again... maybe not...
