Santa Barbara Rest???

Hi everyone!
I thought since there are people from all over on this site, that I might get some advice/info. My husband and I are going to Santa Barbara for a wedding and would like to go out for a nice seafood dinner (we live in Denver..not so great seafood here!). Does anyone know of some good rest. that have good seafood? We are on a budget, but want to go somewhere nice..romantic would be nice, but not a must...just somewhere with yummy eats! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
