Needed: New front wheel 700c

I think many of you are familiar with my little crash that happened this week. I'm looking to replace my front wheel if I can find a good deal. I'm on a relatively tight budget (married college student), but if the price is right, I will spend some money. I would prefer a clincher, but I guess I'm open to try new things (i.e. tubular). Anyone with an extra wheel lying around that they would like to move? Thanks for the help guys!
