Subject: inspire me..flashes box...having issues..
when i click on isnpire me a box flashes and leaves so i can't input anything on anyone's blog. i tried enabling popups.

Sometimes, the inspire me box will stay minimized in your browser, so see if the box is still at the bottom of your screen...click on it and it should open.
