BT is painfully slow today, from logging my workout to simply navigating around.  And I am getting errors when trying to update a post I made (within the minute).  Tried 5 times and then just gave up.  Navigating around the web on other sites appear to be the usual speed so it seems localized to BT.  I am using the latest Firefox browser.

Sigh, look what I got as I tried to post this the first time.
