Subject: Personal Challenge
My big race is 21 weeks away. Today I start the HIM 20 week program to lead up to it. I currnetly weight 178 lbs. and am at 20% body fat. My goals are to make sure that each week I train atleast as much as is listed on the program. I also want to be at 160 lbs and single digit body fat. I think I can be at 170 and 15% by my birthday on June 24th. If anyone wants to set a personal goal and encourage each other in our efforts let me know.

Sounds great to me.
My first HIM is 20 weeks away (Sept 17) and I started the 20 week to HIM today also (or at least some variation thereof). Similar goals - with the idea of building a solid base foundation. The speed work is not "essential" for this years objectives.
Yesterday's stats 207.2 and 21.5% Race Goals 194 and 15%
June 24 goals 201 and 18% (Oly)

My HIM is on Aug 20th and I am currently @ 166 lbs w/ 12 % BF and would like to be down to 158 w/ 6-8 % BF. Should not be too hard, but thats my goal. good luck.
