Subject: RE: TRX WorkoutsIt is like rings except the fact that you can use your feet in them...opens up a lot of possibilities. Uuugghh, I'm starting back up training since having not done much of anything besides a bit of jogging since Oct. TRX hurt... (pushup, Mtn climber, pull through )x3 (chest fly, sl squat, back extension ) x3 (deep row, oblique crunch, side plank w/side pike reach unders ) x3. Reps varied by exercise. Not the best put together workout, but I wanted to do a lot of stuff on the ground.I do think the TRX is a fad...and possibly on the way out (I'm a certified group instructor. ). But for the kind of strength training that I (and a lot of triathletes ) find useful to supplement my SBR, it is perfect. It costs less than decking out a home gym.
