Subject: RE: Last Day / First day training plans?I did a 7.5 mile group run on NYE. On the first, there was a five mile group run that I was debating attending, although I was leaning toward NOT, since Sunday is not a run day on my brand new training plan. Plus, today is yet another group run and I didn't want to run three days in a row, especially since it's hard not to run a little harder with a group. Anyway, if I didn't run yesterday, I was going to get on the trainer - that was my tentative plan, which was crushed by ringing in the new year with too much to drink and playing the Michael Jackson Experience on the kinect until 3:30 am with my drunk friends. So, the first was an official rest day, since raising my head enough to get on the trainer made me woozy. BUT I did 45 minutes on the trainer this morning and will be attending tonight's group run (prob 4-6 miles) in the snow. And Michael Jackson on the kinect is a workout! |
