Comments: I went out too hard too early...and the water in that lake was absolutely disgusting I could not see anything infront of me therefore making drafting nigh impossible without touching someones feet What would you do differently?: Slow down at the start and get into a rate that suits me... Transition 1
Comments: No mistakes but I can get quicker here Bike
Comments: Estastic about this...I rode comfortably and used the straight with a bit of the tailwind very well. I kept up with the bloke that finished 5th until the last 200ms so I knew my pace was alright What would you do differently?: Nothing I felt great Transition 2
Comments: THe fike fell off the rack and I couldn't find my place as that I was at the wrong bay... What would you do differently?: Know my number very well.... Run
Comments: IT was bloody humid that within 500m of the run I unzipped the trisuit...found it hard to find a rate that i could contain What would you do differently?: Need to do more work on fatigued legs...start taking smaller steps Post race
Warm down: A can of coke What limited your ability to perform faster: My run is an issue and i am the first one to admit that but the other two legs were really good for me and I am happy to get into the position of getting around the front 5 in the near future if the run can improve Last updated: 2011-12-29 12:00 AM
