Does it cause any issues? Can you change what happens by focusing on it? Is it every run?
Generally, if it's not causing issues, I don't get too worried about it. If you want to be 100%, you should check in with a physical therapist to verify everything. Otherwise, you could try doing some simple leg-based lifts to check for imbalances. Assuming you find something, you can work on it with strengthening exercises.
Otherwise, not real sure what more you can do, other than perhaps be aware of it and try to keep an eye on things for problems. |
