Subject: Heart Rate ZonesI am uploading programs into my training log. I have setup my heart rate zones as per below (auto cals). Can I assume that the first line corresponds to Zone 1 in the training programs, second line, Zone 2, etc up to Zone 5? Is there any way of showing the HR zones in my program, or do I need to do the manual conversion each session? 50% - 60% | 122 - 135 | 60% - 70% | 135 - 149 | 70% - 80% | 149 - 163 | 80% - 90% | 163 - 177 | 90% - 100% | 177 - 191 |
