Bar end shifters:

Dura Ace 9 spd (8 spd compatible) - cables included: $50.

T3 Aero bars - pretty lightweight set of aerobars - low aero profile - good for an agressive position. Retial these are $300- I paid $275 and am willing to part with them for $125 - the bars are cut down - so I would say if you are over 6 foot they might be too small but under 6 foot, they will work fine.
