Subject: Open Water Swim Training Near Columbus/Grove City Area

Anyone know of any good places to train?

 

Did some ocean swimming over the weekend and realized I really need to train harder for the Miami FL 70.3.

Alum is the only Legal "open" water spot for Columbus. Check local triathlons, they often schedule races at Alum over the weekend hampering early morning swims.

Living in Grove City area, it's probably easier to drive down to Deer Creek and swim at the beach. It's probably the same distance Alum Creek versus Deer Creek.
