 What would you do differently?: Continue swimming after being bumped or hitting persons foot in front of me ![]() Transition 1                                     
 What would you do differently?: faster run from water to bike. ![]() Bike                                     
 Comments: First 4.5 much slower than 2nd. What would you do differently?: attack the course more. Ride the course beforehand if possible ![]() Transition 2                                     
 Comments: putting watch on lost 10 seconds What would you do differently?: New watch that I can swim in. ![]() Run                                     
 Comments: Walked twice. Need to fight through the urge to walk What would you do differently?: Not walk. ![]() Post race 
                                        What limited your ability to perform faster: 1st time swim limited good form because of other swimmers. Not knowing the bike couse causes a slow first lap. Hip pain on the run and lack of training slowed down run pace. Last updated: 2012-07-09  12:00 AM
