Ab muscles are built through traditional exercises (crunches, obliques, Pilates, ab tower, etc.) Then to actually SEE them, requires drastic changes to your diet to drop bodyfat. I have rock-hard 6-pack abs... under a large amount of bodyfat. You could feel it if you punched me in the gut, but you won't see it until I find a way to lose the fat. All of the models used in those commercials got the appearance of those 6-pack abs through dropping bodyfat and mostly by diet. |
