Subject: RE: Creating custom training logsStrength will be included in a future update. After you import a custom plan you can add your own strenght to it via the 'planned training' log. Just go in and edit your planned day. Once you have a week of strength, you can copy it foward to future weeks. You can also import the strength plans from a silver plan intro you planned training (just make sure only strength is selected for import). Let me know if you need help on this. |
