Subject: Can't upload from Garmin 405 on Mac

I consistently get "device not found"  "Communicator plug-in can not be unlocked" when I try to upload my data from my watch.

 

I have reinstalled the ANT Agent and the Communicator plug in.  From Garmin's site, the communicator is working properly.

 

I have this problem with both FireFox and Safari.

 

Please help!!!
