Subject: Windows 8 on a Macbook Pro

Has anybody attempted to install Windows 8 on a Macbook Pro?  I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on a new Macbook, but want to be able to run both Win8 and OSx.

If you got it to work did you use bootcamp or are you running it virtually within OSX using parallels or fusion?

Before the obligatory bashing of Microsoft starts, I need to run Windows for my job.

Do parallels all the way.  I haven't added Win8 yet on mine, but according to Parallels it is fully supported as long as you do a fresh install.

I have fusion with Win7 and it works fine. I am not in any hurry to upgrade to Win8.

oh and for the record both fusion and parallels are good.  When you get your Mac you can download both for free as a trial.  So, I'd recommend using them both to see which one you like better.

My personal preference is parallels, but both work fine.
