Subject: gpx file question - wanting to get gpx data for IM Canada bike

I've tried two different MapMyRide links and one Bikely link.  The MMR are both 900kn and the Bikely is 85kb.

Are these files way too small to contain the info?   85 sure seems small.  When I try to load the routes into my trainer it says the files have incomplete data.  So im wondering if somebody just plotted these instead of riding them there maybe isn't enough information?

Do any of the files work? GPX are text files so the can be quite small. I have GPX of IMCDA that is ~200kB. If none of the files work, try to download one from connect.garmin.com those should be from rides exclusively.
