Wexham / Slough - Swimming and Running

I've the good fortune to have a new client in the UK, in Wexham, Slough, so I'll be traveling there quite frequently over the next 6 months or so. 

I'm hoping there are good options there for swimming - lap or masters is great...does anyone know of a good pool or program to join nearby?

Also, I'd appreciate any ideas on great places to run in the area. Thanks in advance.
