Subject: Combine Weights and Tri Training Hi Everyone Any tips on combining a weight training program with Tri training? What works for you as far as doing what in a daily sequence? How many times do you swim, run, bike and then do you focus on specific body parts for your weight training? My weakest link is the swim, so I feel I need to train three times a week. How best to fit in the rest without over training? I am comfortable with riding or running on the swim days, but I think weights need their own day. Any thoughts or sample weekly schedules would be appreciated. Cheers Mark |
