Comments:

Felt good after the swim. I was moving in slow motion till the person behind me showed up and took off before me.

What would you do differently?:

Make a plan!

Pushed hard on the bike keeping pace around 19mph. Slowed and drank after the turnaround and speed dropped.

What would you do differently?:

Get up to speed after the turn quickly.

I did not walk through the bike return before hand and passed up my rack.

What would you do differently?:

Try to Drink before running off.

Worked hard on the bike with little drinking and suffered on the run some. Wanted to walk through water stations but I kept moving.

What would you do differently?:

go faster

Warm down:

Drank some gatorade and stood around for quite a while and finaly had a cold beer and the a sprite before I cooled down

Event comments:

My second time around for this race and it remains as one of the better organized races. And, who can beat pizza and beer at the finish.
