Subject: Beginner triathlete I have run 2 marathons in the past 2 years...I run consistently...6 miles every other day...just started cycling 30-45 minutes every other day...I am a decent swimmer but haven't swam in quite sometime & never on a consistent basis...want to compete in a triathlon in September in austin...a little over 2 months away...what training plan would you recommend & what gear would you recommend (bike, shoes, helmet, swim trunks, drinks, energy gels, etc...A-Z...thanks! |
