Google Drive Password

Yes, someone not only changed the password, but also modified the account settings including the recovery email address and phone number. It took me quite awhile to convince Google that I should be allowed to have access to the drive again.

What spreadsheet are you trying to access? I'll reset it so that everyone can access it, even if they don't have the current password.

Dee, the spreadsheet that Sanhador was trying to pull was the 1000 mile challenge. Could it be reset or is there a way that we can get the new password in case we have new members? Thanks.

The 1000 mile spreadsheet is now set so that anyone who has the link can access and edit it. If someone wants to join, just give them the link, and they should be able to add their name.

I definitely don't mind giving out the password to people, but when everyone has access, Google freaks out and locks everything up. It wasn't so twitchy in the past, but I guess they've had hacking issues....

Therefore, I'd like to set up the spreadsheets so that people who have the link can access and edit the spreadsheets. This will minimize the number of people using the password to log in, and keep Google calm and happy. Like I said, if someone requests or wants the password (to set up a new spreadsheet, for example), then I definitely don't mind giving it out.
