Can anyone tell me where I can find a training log for a triathalon?

I have run 6 running marathons and 2 bike marathons.

I have been out of serious running training for about 2 years now. Ive got about 35 lbs to take off and want to ease into a training schedule to do a triathalon in say the end of 2004 or beginning of 2005. I do have a 24 hour fitness gym membership and live in Sunny Los Angeles, California.

More specifically, I need some kind of example framework for training... not just a blank log..

welcome...i would say with your run/bike experience - if its recent enough...maybe a oly or 1/2 im (getting bold though)  within the timeframe u have set, i don't see any reason u can't do either of them.

hows your swim and what have u been doing last month or so exercise-wise?

LosAngeles,
Definitely try one of the programs that LaraSD suggested from this website. I started doing the advanced program seven weeks ago and I'm now up to running 15 minutes during a 30 minute workout. This coming from someone who never ran long distance before and could only do 400 meters at a time. It may take some time, but it works. Besides, you don't want to add too much at one time. I've found this to be a nice gradual increase that's been easy on my knee, but has still challenged me. Good luck!

Thanks, Lara...

You bring up a good poing... I guess what i could do is take a 13 week program and tweek it into say a 26 week program and further modify it to incorporate my running experience while easing into swimming with a little more biking.

But the 13 week program would probably really suit my needs for the frame work.

ironcoach.com
it really includes everything you could need
trainingbible.com has a free version as well.

Both allow you to track your HR, sleep, how you feel, what shoes you use to run and the milage.... there is a lot to track if you want.
