Subject: Itinerary ideas for Sedona

I'm heading to Sedona mid-September for several days.  I have been there before and have a few ideas of what I want to do but am looking for recommendations from anyone more familiar with the area.  It will just be the hubby and I.

We definitely want to do some hiking, visit the giant cross at the Chapel of the Holy Cross and maybe visit some of the local wineries.  We're not much for shopping.  I bet there are some hidden gems and I'd love to explore them.  Any ideas are welcome!

Plan your hikes around the energy vortexes.

If you like art, take a trip to Jerome, AZ. It is about 30 miles west of Sedona and takes about 45 - 60 minutes to get there. The drive is pretty cool as well (as long as you do not mind heights).
