The challenge about your logs was thrown out on the sept challenge that I started....so I was just basically pointing it out so you could respond. That being said....Dude! That is a serious goal .... 15 IM's in one year?! Is that even possible? I don't mean physically, but based on how many IM's are organized. Is it even possible to schedule that many? To acheive that kind of goal, I think you need to look at your training plan. I'm not sure a consistent daily schedule of 1mi swim, 10k run, and 24 bike (or something close to that) would be the recommended plan. Typically there's a build up and taper for events. You're plan, while very challenging, isn't going to provide the incremental build up for endurance and strength and the recovery. At least according to the experts, which I'm not.
