WTB 60 cm frameset

Hello all. I am in search of a 60 cm tri frame. Given that my current 56 cm frame makes my 6 foot 7 inch carcass looks like a bear riding a tricycle, I need something bigger. I would like to keep it under 250.00, but i don't know if that is unrealistic. I would even consider any bashed(but safe/rideable), neglected frame that you may have sitting around collecting dust. Feel free to let me know what you have.
