2009 Felt B2R size 58. Devox base bar with carbon extensions. SRAM bar end shifters. Felt adjustable stem. This bike does not come with wheels, pedals or seat, front/rear derailleur or crank. Everything else comes with sale. DOES come with front and rear brakes. DOES come with vision aero brake handles. This bike was previously yellow. I wasn't a fan, so I removed the yellow. A very long arduous wetsanding task! I realize everyone might not be a fan of the bare carbon look. When purchasing this bike, it COMES WITH YOUR CHOICE OF COLOR!! YOU PICK WHAT COLOR AND IT WILL BE PROFESSIONALLY PAINTED. No cheap Maaco paint job!

$900 obo

We are often asked the question, "What size frame should I buy" and the answer is “it depends”. I know that’s not the answer you want to hear, but hopefully the following will shed some more light.

Some mistakes I made during the Hawaii Ironman 70.3. Don't be caught out on the course not knowing how or not having the equipment to change a flat tire.

Work your weakness. In the sport of triathlon, most coaches agree that you should spend the most time working on your weakest of the three sports. For many of you this will be swimming!
