2013 56 cm Cervelo S5- Ultegra Di2- TRADES?

Putting out a feeler for my Cervelo S5. LOVE this bike. LOVE IT. But, we have a baby now, and my racing days are going to be somewhat limited to CRITS only, so I've recently picked up something a little less pricey for that.

Bike is FULL Ultegra Di2. For $3100, comes with Shimano RS10 Wheelset; for $3250, comes with Mavic Ksyrium Equipe Wheelset (pics available upon request)- PICTURED MAVIC WHEELS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

Low kms. Looking for a fair deal.

Bike will come as pictured, but will not come with saddle pictured (you wouldn't want it anyway). I may be able to provide a different saddle should you need it. Also, no pedals provided. Lastly, I will be replacing the 3t stem on there with a 110mm CEX stem instead. Also, Aero bars not included.

Would consider trading for a carbon fibre bike with Ultegra or Dura ace components, but the idea is that I'd like to free up some cash, so let me know what you have and maybe we can swing a deal. WILL TRADE FOR 56 CM BIKES:
