This is my achilles heal. My weight always dogs me on this part... I need to build up the endurance to keep the bike and swim pace as is, and also not jog the run. Need to get under 10m per mile pace

In addition to writing your race number on each upper arm, they also wrote your age on your calf. This allowed me to see who was passing me by in the bike section of this race.
