Polar V800 starts to disappoint me

OMG.......I had a huge argument on the phone today where I totally lost my patience and temper and the problem is still not solved with the software.

(The watch refuses to calculate my running index and those people working at customer service should start reading/studying the manual of the products they are selling)

I'm gonna do a factory reset on my watch now.
