Subject: Donating Plasma
Is donating Plasma on a regular basis effecting my training? I been donating for about 6 months 2 times a week. I hydrate well and I am military so doing PT is a regular thing for me. Please give me your opinion on this. I do use the money i make to help with bills and purchasing gear for me. just want to know if I am harming my training?
