Subject: goggles
I have a real problem while training or competing with the fog being accumulated in my goggles. Which kind of solutions could you share with me ?

There will always be some but Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo works well for me. Rub a drop in each side then rinse.

baby shampoo works great and it is cheap. If you are in a bind, you can spit on the inside of your goggles and give them a "quick" rinse.

I use Jaws Quick Spit.  works well on the fog, but what surprised me was how much it stings your eyes if you don't rinse it out of your goggles well.  Guess you don't have that problem with baby shampoo.  

Guess the best part about it is that it comes in a tiny little spray bottle, that I keep in my goggle case.

Contact lens wearers beware! I tried the Johnson and Johnson No More Tears Baby Shampoo in my goggles yesterday for the first time. I thought, meh, no kore tears, right? Shouldn't be an issue with contacts, right? Wrong. My eyes burned like hell and my right eye was red for the next 18 hrs. I'll stick with licking the inside lenses.

I know how to de-fog skiing goggles, not sure if my "expertise" can help. I come from a skiing country (hint: Northern Europe) and we get our skiing goggles pre-treated with defogging agents. For my older set of goggles which didn't come pre-treated, I'd clean it with local, low-cost toothpaste. Worked like a charm!

Toothpaste works but make sure you use "cheap" toothpaste.  No special whitening or flavor crystals, etc.  You can scratch the lenses.  Also, remember to rinse your goggles quick if you use baby shampoo or spit.  I did a race a couple weeks ago and they had a 5 gal bucket of baby shampoo and water at the start of the swim.  I thought it was a great touch.

I bought a pair of 2XU race goggles and I haven't had to defog the lenses in the 2 seasons that I have been using these.

I had a pair of Speedo goggles that seemed to fog within a minute or 2. I tried a bunch of different things to get the lenses to not fog up, nothing worked so I tossed them in a drawer and bought the 2XU's and haven't looked back.
