Subject: Tuna Run
We're forming a team at work to do it this Oct. We're going to have a wide variety of running experience. Any advice? Fgump, I know you did it last year. But for anyone who's done it, I'm curious about...

How did you allocate segments?
How did you manage the dynamics of those not racing at any given time vs. those who were racing (or racing soon)? Including vehicles, hotels, etc.? For RAAM I know it's common to have two vehicles, one stays with the racer and carries a few people who will be racing soon and the other goes on ahead to give the rest a break and allows them to sleep, etc.
Any other general advice?

I can train for half marathons on pavement and on trails, but as soon as I change it up to gravel or loose dirt my knee swells and the pain it causes is unreal. Any ideas why this happens?
