Subject: Hello out there :) I'm motivated to get started with getting my self in shape and what better way to do this than start training for a triathlon. I'm giving myself a year to have a beginner triathlon completed by next August. I'm out of shape and have a small belly showing. I have a clean bill of health from my doc and am now ready to begin.
