Subject: Trying to create a customized training plan
Hi -
I'm new to the site and not had a great start- whilst trying to customize a training plans I keep getting the message to only have 1 activity per day. This is obviously not customised! When I do follow this the same message keeps coming up. It could very well be me, making a silly mistake, but getting quite frustrated- any advice please?
