Comments: Nice run. I kept a good pace and only walked at the aid station (1.7 miles). It was a little crowded early on and that slowed me down a bit. What would you do differently?: I would have started closer to the front. I ended up passing a lot of people. Post race
Warm down: Just walked around and ate some bananas. What limited your ability to perform faster: Traffic early in the race really slowed me down. Event comments: Small but fun trail run in Lk Sammamish State Park. Last updated: 2015-10-19 12:00 AM

Got up at 6am and had Honey nut Cheerios for breakfast. Arrived at the park at 7:30 to check-in. The race started at 9am, so there was plenty of time to relax and warm up.
I walked part of the course then did some running drills (high-knee, butt-kicks, and grapevines). Then did some short runs at race pace (8min/mile)
