Subject: Where is the best place to stay in LA?
Visiting LA in May. Looking for some central location with family. They want to see Disney & Universal and all the usual spots.
I like the areas near Griffith Park, would love to do some running in the hills.

Not in LA, but I've had good luck with VRBO.  I really like getting an apartment when traveling with the family.  Nice to be able to have breakfast in the morning, pack lunches for some day trips, and have separate rooms.  Spent a week in SF in a place I found on VRBO.  Spend the time to research the area and then look for a place with good reviews over a period of a couple years.
