Subject: Recovery weeks?
I've got two weeks between the end of the No Fluff a Plan and the start of an HIM plan. Should I do some recovery workout, and what would those be? I don't want to burn out and I'm a bit tired from the No Fluff Plan. I just don't want to loose what I've gained. Suggestions, thoughts? Thank you
