Regular 99 Minneapolis,MN | Subject: Quintana Roo Kilo 2003 Quinta Roo Kilo - Size Medium - I am going to guess it's a 55 or 57cm bike. I am 5'10" and it fits me well. I did my first race of the season on this bike last weekend. New (unused) frame from 2003 with less than 500 miles on it - some of the components are older, but still a solid bike. Frame is very clean with 1 scratch on it and very minimal wear. Saddle - Selle Italia Gel (I am keeping the Adamo saddle that is currently on the bike) Derailleurs = Shimano 105 Brakes = Shimano 105 - could use new pads and a thorough cleaning. Brake Levers = Profile Design Crank = FSA Omega 170mm (50-34T) Wheels = Mavic cXP 21 Wheelset. Recently trued. Shimano 9 speed cassette (11-32). The tires on these are decent, but mismatched. Handlebars = Profile Design/Syntace Pedals = Sampson white Look style Pedals (less than 100 miles on the pedals/no cleats) Bar End Shifters = Microshift - these are new and have minimal use. The previous owner set up a second brake on the drop bars so you have some braking capabilities while you are in the aero position. It is an interesting concept and I have never seen this before, I thought about removing it, but didn't and I have used it to make minor speed changes while going into a corner. It is hard to see in any of the photos I took. Optional Wheels = 2012 SRAM S60 with brand new SRAM Cassette (11-26) 9 speed. Wheels were just trued and inspected in the shop and have new tubes and brand new Continental UltraSport II tires (still have whiskers on the tires) and brand new M-Wave skewers. I just did a little internet research and I think these can be changed to an 11-speed with a freehub swap. I will only sell these wheels with the bike, otherwise I'm going to keep them for my new bike. In the photo - I am keeping the Adamo saddle, tool bag, and Cateye bike computer. The remaining items will come with the bike. Overall the bike is in good shape. Needs a good cleaning/tuneup and is a great first tri bike for someone. I am only selling this because I just got an amazing deal on a Felt AR5 and my wife says something need to go... I'm not real keen on shipping the bike, but could negotiate shared shipping costs with someone. I live in near Minneapolis, MN and would drive up to 100 miles to meet a buyer. I will provide many more pictures/video to anyone who is interested and cannot see the bike in person. $875 for entire package - both sets of wheels. $550 for QR Kilo with Mavic wheels only. Shipping costs negotiable (Transition.JPG) (Saddle.jpg) (IMG_6574.JPG) (IMG_6576.JPG) (IMG_6577.JPG) (QR Kilo.jpg) (IMG_6579.JPG) (IMG_6580.JPG) (Mavic Wheels.jpg) (IMG_6575.JPG) (IMG_6578.JPG) Attachments ---------------- Transition.JPG (535KB - 20 downloads) Saddle.jpg (12KB - 15 downloads) IMG_6574.JPG (751KB - 19 downloads) IMG_6576.JPG (647KB - 28 downloads) IMG_6577.JPG (579KB - 12 downloads) QR Kilo.jpg (46KB - 13 downloads) IMG_6579.JPG (787KB - 33 downloads) IMG_6580.JPG (412KB - 41 downloads) Mavic Wheels.jpg (25KB - 11 downloads) IMG_6575.JPG (855KB - 43 downloads) IMG_6578.JPG (554KB - 21 downloads) |
