Custom tri specific wetsuit

Does anyone have recommendations on where to get a custom tri specific wetsuit? Custom size not custom colors and logo.

I am too big for off the rack and have only been able to find someone who makes customer diving/surfing suits.

If there aren't any would it be better to use a diving/surfing suit or go without? Not overly concerned with water temp, but would like the other benefits of a wetsuit.
