Subject: Bad Reaction to IceDoes anyone else have a bad reaction to ice for injuries? I struggle with flexibility even though I stretch daily. When I ice my injuries things tend to tighten and I develop peripheral issues. If I ice an inflamed patella my foot might tighten up or my Achilles. I don't even ice for very long, maybe 10-15 minutes. Also I try to only apply to the affected area, not wrapping the whole knee. Also I'm icing after runs or rides. |
